Fortnite has never been shy about wild collaborations. From superheroes and musicians to anime legends, Epic Games clearly loves mixing pop culture with the Battle Royale island. Now, the game is stepping deeper into the VTuber world, and this time, it’s Kizuna AI making her Fortnite debut.

When Does the Fortnite KizunaAI Skin Release?

The Fortnite Kizuna AI skin will be available to purchase on January 16, 2025, at 7 PM ET in the Item Shop. Interestingly, Epic didn’t stop at just launching the skin. Similar to previous competitive events, they also hosted a Kizuna AI Duo Cup, where players who performed best across ten matches had the chance to unlock the skin for free.

Although Epic Games hasn’t yet revealed the final price, reliable community leaks suggest the Kizuna AI bundle will cost between 3,000 and 4,000 V-Bucks (approximately $27–$36).

Its design closely resembles Kizuna AI’s iconic look, featuring her signature pink and white color scheme. If you liked the Hatsune Miku skins in Fortnite, this is in the same premium, fan-service style.
